It is based on seaweed Fucus Vesiculosus and its vesicles filled with nitrogen that provide the ability to float. It consists of a hollow chamber made of resistant and flexible polymers that is filled with gas when activated. Its use can be applied to lifejackets, lifeboats and any kind of rescue equipment that requires floating in water.
